Welcome to MindIfIAsk

MindIfIAsk.org is being developed as a supportive online space for young people aged 13–21.

Its purpose is to help young people find information, guidance and pathways to appropriate support, so they feel less alone when facing life's challenges.

Our mission: "You don't have to figure it out alone."

The website is still growing. Some sections on the homepage are marked Coming soon because they are planned and not yet available.

Information for Young People

You can explore the homepage to see what MindIfIAsk.org is about. Right now, the main tool you can use is the Emergency Help Finder.

In the finder, choose whether you need emergency help or someone to talk to, then choose the country you are in right now. It will show you checked contact numbers for that country.

Pick the country you are physically in, not your nationality. Emergency and support numbers depend on where you are.

You don't need an account to use this website, and you never need to explain what has happened. Please don't post personal or sensitive information about yourself anywhere online. If you want to talk, reach out to a trusted adult or a support service.

Information for Parents and Families

MindIfIAsk.org is being developed because many young people don't know where to turn when something feels hard. We want to make it easier for them to find guidance and the right kind of support.

Parents and carers can explore the homepage and use the Emergency Help Finder to identify emergency services and, where listed, support services in their country.

MindIfIAsk.org is not a replacement for professional care, counselling or emergency services.

Information for Schools and Organisations

We hope MindIfIAsk.org can play a role in supporting young people's wellbeing and their access to clear, trustworthy information.

Future ambitions: over time we would like to offer educational and informational resources that schools, youth organisations and community groups may find useful.

Available now: the homepage and the Emergency Help Finder. There are currently no school programmes, partnerships or organisational services.

Finding Help and Staying Safe

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service now.

The Emergency Help Finder works without an account: you choose emergency help or someone to talk to, select your current country, and it shows checked contact numbers with a link to call.

Select the country you are in now, because emergency numbers are different in each country.

MindIfIAsk.org is an information and signposting resource. It is not an emergency response service, does not provide crisis intervention, and does not monitor visitors. We cannot send help.
